Before Confirmation
- A product inquiry can be cancelled anytime before order confirmation.
After Confirmation
- Confirmed orders may be cancelled only if they have not been packed, dispatched, customized, or processed for bulk supply.
- Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and return/exchange policy may apply.
Bulk or Custom Orders
- Bulk, customized, or specially arranged orders may not be cancellable after confirmation or production/procurement begins.
- Any advance payment terms will be communicated before confirmation.
