Refund Method

  • Refunds are usually issued to the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
  • For some business/bulk cases, credit adjustment may be offered instead of direct refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Used/damaged-after-delivery products, custom/bulk confirmed orders, courier delays, and minor visual variations may not qualify for refund.
