Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges may be considered for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products.
- Requests should be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos and order details.
Non-Eligible Cases
- Products used, altered, washed, damaged after delivery, or without original packaging may not be eligible.
- Minor color variation due to photography or screen settings is not treated as a defect.
- Bulk/custom orders may not be returnable unless there is a verified defect or wrong supply.
Exchange Process
- Contact us with order details and product images/videos.
- After review, we may offer replacement, exchange, credit adjustment, or another suitable resolution.
- Return shipping responsibility will depend on the case and will be communicated after review.
Inspection
- Returned products, if requested, must pass inspection before exchange/refund/credit is processed.
